Meet Chris Lemon, Seabreeze Employee of the Quarter 

Talk about a ball of enthusiasm, Chris Lemon will be the first one to tell you that productivity equals quality. As our Portland branch Employee of the Quarter, he never stops moving or thinking about ways to improve himself, his colleagues and the company’s efficiency overall.

His enthusiasm is contagious and his passion for his work is unmatched. At a recent company event, he was socializing with everyone from our various branches, while balancing helping out whenever he saw a need.

As a Landscape Construction Foreman, Chris loves solving challenges and is always willing to serve others. He prides himself on getting the job done right. 

The one piece of advice that he’d give others thinking about joining Seabreeze is to take advantage of Seabreeze’s desire to educate, train and promote from within. He encourages folks to explore certifications and construction management degrees, as the opportunities with these credentials are endless!
