Pay is $30 to $35+ an hour
Seabreeze Property Services, one of the largest snow and ice management companies in Maine, is seeking per diem snow shovelers and equipment operators for the upcoming snow season. This is an on-call position with shifts and hours varying based on weather patterns.
As a key player in our snow division, you will be performing the critical job of creating safe conditions at large-scale properties ranging from hospitals to retirement communities and offices. No prior experience is required – just a positive attitude and a willingness to work outside in all weather conditions. Seabreeze is hiring in the following towns:
- Greater Portland Area
- Topsham / Brunswick
- Auburn
- Augusta
- Waterville
- Kennebunkport
- Wells

Wage & Benefits:
- $30 / Hour for snow shoveling – No experience required
- $30-$35+ / Hour for equipment operators – Driver’s license and plowing experience required
- Seasonal Bonus – If you work more than 100 hours for Seabreeze this winter, you will receive an end of season bonus of $500

Requirements
- Can do attitude
- Ability to work outside in cold weather for several hours at a time
- Must be flexible to change of direction
- Ability to work individually or with a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work daily
- Willing to comply with background check and drug test
